I am looking for the first tenant for a newly renovated, sunny, quiet apartment located at Murányi Street 59, a 3-minute walk from Városliget.
The windows face the street, and since the apartment is on the 3rd floor and faces east, it gets sunlight from morning until 1 p.m. There is no elevator. The apartment is unfurnished.
The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, while Damjanich Street and Dózsa György Road are just around the corner, from where you can quickly and easily reach any point in the city, and the M1 on Andrássy Avenue and the M2 and M4 at Keleti Railway Station are only a 12-minute walk away. The Városliget and the Ethnographic Museum are a 3-minute walk away, offering opportunities for sports, walking and relaxation. There are countless cafés and restaurants on Damjanich Street and in the Városliget.
Entering the apartment, we arrive in a spacious kitchen, where there is a hallway wall and a dining table for two with chairs. The kitchen has a Samsung smart refrigerator and a Candy Trio 3-in-1 appliance, which is a gas stove on top, an electric oven in the middle, and a 6-person dishwasher at the bottom. This means that the kitchen has all the appliances you need, yet still plenty of space.
From here, a sliding door opens onto the half-room bedroom, and from the kitchen we enter the huge living room with two double windows, which also has a convector heater and air conditioning. The rooms have 3-layer wooden windows with shutters and mosquito nets. The bathroom with a large shower opens from the living room and has a 100-liter Ariston smart boiler, a programmable towel dryer, and a huge countertop with a Gorenje washing machine underneath. There are double sockets on every wall in every room, internet connection is available in both rooms, and cable TV is installed in the living room.
Everything in the apartment is brand new!
So I am looking for a tenant who can take good care of it and appreciates being the first resident of a completely new apartment.
The common cost is 13,624 HUF, which includes garbage collection.
Everything else: gas, electricity, water consumption is billed based on usage. Pets are not allowed, and unfortunately, I cannot accept families with children. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the circular corridor.
A two-month deposit and the first month's rent are payable upon signing the contract.
A minimum 12-month contract must be signed, and a notarized rent payment obligation and a moving-out statement are required.
Rent: EUR 830 or HUF 330,000/month
