Waiting Long Weeks to Get a Simple Answer

It may need time to get details of a situation. Sometimes property managers have to wait for the 3rd party to give you an answer.It is reasonable.However it can be expected to get at least answers to sent e-mails. Sometime property owners are stick, with the agent they use, for years, even if the service is not satisfactory.Getting at least an answer, is a basic feature of a management service. If you have to wait weeks or months only for your property managers acknowledgement on receiving your enquiry, is not acceptable.

No Transfers - No Statements

Naturally, if you have to spend on your apartment, it may happen that it costs few months rent for you. A similar situation can arise backwards, if you have outstanding, which must be paid.The problem is, if there is lack of financial transparency. In the 21st century it is a minimal expectation that a property manager must be able to provide you with a statement of your buffer account.

The fear of losing money holds back many landlords to look for a new manager.This is a trap 22 situation, but sometimes it is better to cut looses and open a new page with a manager who is transparent.
