The apartment is 40 squaremeters, it is on the 3rd floor of a five-storey building, the balcony is facing the yard so there's plenty of light. The living room is together with the kitchen and there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The heating is provided by gas and you can set and program the temperature as you like.
The apartment has modern windows and doors - very good isolation, and the windows have shutters on them to block out the light. Water, gas and electricity is metered individually.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, electric stove and oven and there is a dishwasher installed. A washing machine is included and it is in the bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with bed and a nightstand, plus a commode and shelfs.
The apartment is very central: it's a 2-minute walk from trolistop 73 and 76, the M1 underground is 6 minutes away on the Andrassy boulevard, Oktogon is 10 minutes, Keleti Railway Station (metro M2 and M4, trolly busses, trains, buses to Buda) is a 15-minute walk or a couple of stops with the above mentioned trolibus. The City Park is 15 mins and some smaller parks are just a couple minuntes walk from the apartment (Hunyadi tér, Almássy tér).
Monthly rent is 700 EUR with a fixed one-year contract. Utilities are not included in the price, these are to be paid based on the meters each month. Common cost: 26.000 HUF, which contains the cost of the internet as well, garage 100 Euro/ 35.000.- Ft
You can move in as of the with paying the first month's rent plus deposit (deposit = 2 months' rent). Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is mostly suited for single persons or in exceptional cases couples. Students are also welcome as long as they are mindful of the neighbours (no loud parties, no noise after 22:00) and keep the apartment tidy and clean.
