June 03, 2010Gas is off but Tower still renting apartments
As has now become wide knowledge the gas has been switched off in the Gozsdu development, that is in the seven renovated buildings. At Tower we are doing what we can to ensure that the gas will be switched back on soon and that a workable solution will be found going forward.
Tower placed water heaters in its managed apartments almost immediately after this situation arose, so saving a mass exodus. As such we have also had no difficulty keeping our owner's tenants in the apartments and continue to rent apartments in the development without any issue.

May 21, 2010Water heaters placed in apartments
Due to current problems regarding gas debts in the Gozsdu development leading to the cutting of gas services to seven of the eight buildings and leaving tenants and residents without hot water and heating. In order to prevent a mass exodus of tenants Tower quickly installed over ten water heaters in the apartments of its owners over the weekend.
The installation has kept all our owner's tenants and allows us to rent apartments without any issues. Of course Tower will be exploring a long terms solution to this problem with both the house and legal representatives of the owners.
