September is the middle of the student rentals season, which will end at the end of October. In order to make the most of this period, we have printed Student Rentals Posters, which have been distributed to all the major universities in Budapest. These posters have a tear-off flyer attached to them which contains a list of available apartments for rent. We have also printed out a Generic Rentals Flyer, which is being handed out in front of the universities to attract students to Tower properties. Large "FOR RENT" signs have also been put out on many of our rentable properties. In addition to this, we are doing extensive internet marketing and have a direct contact with university student officers and multinational company human resource managers.
